Activity/Award Information Sheet

BACK

Text Box: Feel free to detach these two pages and begin filling out a first draft.  In March or April, students will receive this from their R/LA teacher.  This gives you a heads-up on organizing the information and starting and/or recording volunteer or community service hours, which play a major role in the top awards.
